Assorted vegetables: cauliflower, broccoli and shredded carrots |

Fine cheddar cheese |
Roll out crescent rolls onto 9x13 inch baking sheet to form crust. Bake crust according to directions on crescent container. Let cool. Spread Zesty Onion Dill Veggie Dip and place assorted vegetables and cheddar cheese on top. Chill for 3-4 hours.
Zone Defense Zesty Onion Dill Potato Salad

Hard-boiled eggs, chopped |

| 1 3/4 cup |
Red onion, minced |
| 3/4 cup |
Sweet pickle relish, optional |
| 3 – 4 |
Celery stalks, diced |
| 1/2 tsp. |
Salt, or to taste |

Freshly ground black pepper |
Peel and halve potatoes. In boiling water, cook until tender. Drain potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix gently. Chill until ready to serve.
Coleslaw

White vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Pour coleslaw mix into medium sized mixing bowl. Add milk, white vinegar and Zesty Onion Dill Veggie Dip to coleslaw mix. Mix together and season with salt and pepper. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Great as a side dish or a topping for pulled pork sandwiches or salmon burgers.
Grilled Shrimp Taco

Lime juice

Olive oil

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Zesty Onion Dill Veggie Dip, sour cream and lime juice. Next, lightly brush shrimp with olive oil. Season shrimp with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Place on a hot grill and grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Place cooked shrimp into soft tortilla shells. Add cheese, cabbage, onion and avocado. Drizzle with Zesty Onion Dill Veggie Dip and enjoy.
