Breakaway Buffalo Bleu Potato Wedges

Lightly toss potatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. On a non-stick baking sheet, bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 30 minutes, turning wedges after 15 minutes to ensure even browning. Remove from oven and while hot, toss with Buffalo-Style Ranch Party Dip.

Breadcrumbs |
Mix cream cheese with 1/4 cup of Buffalo-Style Ranch Party Dip. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, remove stems and seeds. Fill each pepper half with cream cheese and dip mixture. Dip each in egg wash, then into breadcrumbs. Deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Serve with remaining dip.
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Bleu cheese, crumbled, optional

Hot sauce of your choice

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together cream cheese, chicken, Buffalo-Style Ranch Party Dip and bleu cheese. Spread dip on bottom of an 8x8 baking pan. Drizzle some hot sauce on top. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place dip in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and preheat deep fryer oil to 350 degrees F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes. When chicken is finished cooking, remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut chicken into very small diced pieces. Spread a layer of Buffalo-Style Ranch Party Dip onto egg roll wrappers towards one end. Leave about 1/2 inch on sides and behind. Top with chicken and a little bleu cheese. Fold sides in and roll ingredients up into egg roll shape. Seal end tightly with water. Place chicken rolls into 350 degrees F oil and deep fry until golden brown. Or, bake at 375 degrees F for 10-14 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
